Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Cancellation Window Full Refund: You may cancel any booking up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Time Requirement: This window only applies if the booking is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Standard Cancellation & Rescheduling Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the appointment time are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once at no cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled service without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the full service fee. Refund Eligibility Business Cancellations: If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or priority rescheduling. Processing Times Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution’s policies.
